Processing Time

Due to the varied nature of our items and global sourcing, each product features a unique shipping timeline detailed directly on its Product Detail Page for your convenience.

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW): Typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and up to a maximum of 7 business days during peak periods. Select in-stock items qualify for same-day dispatch.
  • Made to Order (MTO): Custom pieces require a tailoring lead time of 2 to 8 weeks prior to dispatch, depending on garment complexity.

Note: If an order contains multiple Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items with varying processing times, the entire order will be dispatched together once the final item has completed processing.

Once your order is confirmed, our team immediately begins preparing your pieces for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Local Delivery (Pakistan): 2 to 3 business days.

  • International Delivery: 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your region and local customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates vary based on your destination and parcel weight. Final domestic and international delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

External Delays

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be impacted by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, national holidays, or courier disruptions. We greatly appreciate your patience in such instances.
