At Ferri, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

We currently do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Request an Exchange

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a return or cancellation within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.

However, items must still meet the same conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the exchange approval
  • Exchanges will be processed accordingly after approval
